These terms apply to the hosted DataFuse service unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. Last updated August 23, 2026.
- Your accountKeep account and API credentials secure, provide accurate registration information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Your integrationsYou are responsible for the data, permissions, instructions, and third-party accounts you connect, and for following each provider’s terms and applicable law.
- Acceptable useDo not use DataFuse to break the law, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits, or expose another person’s data or credentials.
- Plans and paymentHosted plans are billed according to the current pricing page or your order. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled. Taxes, refunds, and special terms may depend on your location or signed agreement.
- ChangesFeatures, integrations, limits, and these terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or account channels where required.
- AvailabilityThe service is provided on an as-available basis. Do not rely on it as the sole control for emergency, safety-critical, or irreversible actions.
- SuspensionAccess may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
